Global Sales Director

Lead all sales, channel and business development activities for the company globally (with an initial focus on Europe). This includes maintaining relationships with technology companies within the UC sectors such as Microsoft, Ringcentral, well as channel partners such as System Integrators.
•	Drive Sales through Global software vendors, Channel Alliance partners, Service Providers and System Integrators
•	Build and manage a team of Sales and Pre-Sales consultants.
•	Manage Marketing activities within Europe, UK and US;
•	Develop thought leadership for hosted Attendant Consoles and Call Center solutions.
•	Ensure customer satisfaction;
•	Understand competitive landscape and the company market position and opportunities
•	Seasoned, hands-on leader who takes initiatives possesses an Entrepreneurial mindset and ‘can-do’ attitude.
•	Ability to drive and leverage strategic channel development initiatives.
•	Track-record in driving sales and creating a winning sales team.
•	Strong execution-focused sales, marketing and business development expertise.
•	Strategic thinker – ability to challenge “Business as Usual” and ways of thinking about the traditional contact center business. Encourage innovation.
•	A real team player, listens to others with respect and acts as a role model.
•	Results oriented. Ability to push self/others to meet challenging deadlines, demonstrates sense of urgency towards achievement of results.
•	Ability to create and implement a successful long term business strategy within stretched timeframe.
Required Experience
Solid experience in Sales Management and building out a team of sales professionals in the enterprise communications space.
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in BA or related field referred

English required, additional languages a plus
