Sales Manager Sweden, Consumer Electronics

As a core part of the company strategy, our client is looking to hire a Sales Manager based in Sweden, who will report to the Commercial Director EMEA. Consumer electronics or SDA experience is a must.
● Develop partnerships with new/existing retailers, etailers, and distribution partners in the region ● Manage and deliver a complete P&L across the region ● Support and drive sales in line with the annual Business Plan for the region ● Build a strong sales ecosystem ● Support and manage all our partners through clearly defined goals and KPI’s ● Drive sales of all products across the household appliance/consumer electronic segments ● Be the key point of contact in the region ● Set up local marketing initiatives to increase sales for specific outlets and manage local budget and ROI (promotions, bundles, marketing)
● A strong proven track record in sales with Tier 1/top retailers and etailers in Sweden ● A confident and assertive communicator with strong influencing skills ● Ability to build strong working relationships with people at all levels ● Excellent presentation skills; Good report writing skills ● Strong negotiation skills ● Creative and innovative in his/her approach to problem solving ● An entrepreneurial spirit with lots of energy ● Strong sense of initiative and ability to work remotely
● At least 5+ years Sales experience / Territory Management in the house appliance or consumer electronics field
Bachelor's degree with MBA preferred.
Fluent Swedish and English a must, other Nordic Languages are a plus.
