Business Development Specialist/ Product Advisor

Description
You will work with existing end-customers (companies) as well as seek out new end customers, where you must spread the message about a better work environment and a better everyday life behind the desk.

You will be responsible for the contact to end customers in France. Your everyday life will to a large extent be characterized by flexibility and “Nordic way of working”, and you must coordinate and prioritize yourself. There is an expectation that you can contribute with relevant meetings, just as our own marketing department will contribute with leads, as well as our strong network of dealers.

As Product Advisor you will be reporting to the Head of Product Advisory & Market Activation in Denmark and be part of a team of Product Advisors, focusing on supporting each other and building the team. You will also work very closely together with the French Channel Manager, responsible for the resellers and distributor in France
Responsibilities
Product training and presentation for new / existing customers
Collaboration across the sales team
Participation in fairs and other activities
Close collaboration with Channel Sales and Marketing
Take care and action on leads through resellers and marketing channels as well as generating new leads and contacts yourself
Activation and support of recommenders and recommenders’ network (e.g. ergo therapists)and their target groups
Willing to meet the expected travel at approximately 40-50 days a year
Requirements
Experience as a Key Account/ Sales Manager or Ergo Therapist preferred
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of the French IT market
Result-oriented, outgoing and a strong networker and collaborator who thrives in a social office environment
Inspiring communicator and storyteller, who is audience-minded and can motivate and convince people
Activation of recommenders/ambassadors, networks, and relevant target groups, by being a strategic contributor to activities such as webinars, blog development and relevant channel actions
Natural interest in the latest technology is a plus 
Interest in giving ergonomic advice and being an expert within office ergonomics
Ambitious and eager to take part in the company's exciting growth journey
Required Experience
Minimum of 3 years of related business development experience within the IT or Ergonomics industry
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/IT or related field preferred
Languages

Fluent in French and professional English a must
