Key Account Manager Norway

We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will implement and manage channel and sales strategies in Norway. A key element to drive development is to work closely together with local resellers and manage the existing Partner Program.
Establish sell-out and sell-through analysis based on marketing activities and sales run-rates
Manage sales, forecast and marketing activity plans with Partners
Responsible for own sales and marketing budgets
Drive incentive and growth programs with resellers
Initiate reseller and end-user campaigns with ROI tracking
Implement/maintain Partner Program at selected identified resellers
Integrate/maintain new Value-Added Program structure with resellers
Roll-out dedicated in-store solutions at Business/Premium Partners
Tailor training programs for all levels of sales channels
Build sales and marketing business plan towards (top 100) end-users
Willing to meet the expected travel at approximately 45 days a year
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of the Norwegian IT market
Result-oriented, outgoing and a strong networker and collaborator who thrives in a social office environment
Good storyteller, who is audience-minded and can motivate and convince people
Natural interest in the latest technology a plus
Required Experience
Minimum of 3 years of related business development experience within the IT industry
Experience as a Key Account Manager or Sales Manager preferred
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/IT or related field preferred

Fluent in Norwegian and professional English a must
