Retail KAM Sweden

Sales are growing rapidly and therefore, our client is looking to expand their Nordics sales team and hire a Retail Key Account Manager who will be responsible for maintaining relationships with their most important customers, as well as increasing their customer base in Sweden.

You will visit customers, design, and execute strategies, in order to identify customer needs and exceed customer expectations. You will join a strong European sales organisation, where the focus is on creating results and take the brand to the next level. This should be done by continuously developing and adapting the sales strategy and tactics to the market conditions. You will be working closely together with the European Sales Team and report directly to the Retail Sales Manager, Nordics. Moreover, you will be working closely together with the global retail sales organisation covering more than 73 markets.
- act the industry best Account Management of current customers to maximise earnings
- boost sell-out performance as well as track SKU developments to minimize slow movers
- act as a liaison between the clients and internal teams to convey information, ensure alignment, and make certain that things get done in an accurate and timely manner
- identify key growth opportunities within assigned accounts
- retain existing business and build future growth
- represent the brand, prepare and execute business presentations
- plan, book, and execute sales meeting with assigned partners
- develop and maintain a market overview in terms of competitors in CRM
- create and maintain leads and build sales pipeline for current partners in CRM
- make clients aware of services and actions that lead to greater success
- ensure timely and successful sell-in presentations of all our solutions according to market and customer needs and objectives
- train our resellers both on a HQ-level and at store level when required
- attend fairs and trainings within the assigned region, as well as international fairs such as IFA and MWC

As your market will be Sweden, we imagine that you are located in Sweden, preferably in the Stockholm area, and you will be working from a home office covering the markets. You should encounter extensive traveling across the country.

Required Experience
- have experience from a position as Key Account Manager – preferably within Telco and consumer electronics industry and/or have a dream about developing an international sales career
- preferably have knowledge about and/or an interest in consumer electronics in the Nordics
- have strong relationship management skills
- can juggle many different tasks at a time
- can work independently, make good decisions fast, and are not afraid of taking on the responsibility
Required Education
Bachelor Degree in a related subject
