Channel Sales Manager MSPs France
The Channel Manager will grow the MSP revenue in France by - qualifying leads, developing new and current Managed Service Providers (MSP’s), RMM’s, Distribution, achieve sales quota and ensure that complete and accurate information is maintained in the CRM database.
Focus on growing the MSP, RMM, Distribution segment for the territory, in cooperation with the Distribution Managers and Channel Teams. Follow up on all assigned MSP’s, RMM’s, and distribution leads. Increase the sales of all add-on products as well as expanding the number of transacting partners we deal with. Identify, recruit and develop new MSP’s in the assigned Territory with a special focus on MSP's from MSP 501 and IT Europa lists. Enable MSP's, RMM’s, and Distribution from sales, product, operational and support standpoint in liaison with Sales Engineering, Sales Support and Professional Services to reach its full potential. Define and execute partner business plans in liaison with Distribution Managers. Be operationally excellent in the day-to-day running of the business including (but not limited to) pipeline development, forecasting, churn management, account planning, sales cycle management, collaboration, teamwork, and best practice sharing. Responsible for Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets in the assigned territory for the specific market segment. Provide sales forecast in a timely manner. Build enough sales pipeline to achieve the sales targets. The goal is to have a pipeline sufficient to further build sales into 2023 and beyond. Participate in the marketing activities. Cooperate with the marketing team to setup and deploy specific marketing campaigns. Cooperate with the PR team to select and develop case studies and references from its partner's portfolio. Active participation in tradeshows and other events to represent the brand, promote the products and generate leads. Responsible to fill and submit all requested reports and use specific tools to evaluate the business development and sales activity. Follow-up on web/marketing leads and ensure the CRM is maintained with current and accurate information regarding all activities (calls, meetings, tasks) for leads, contacts, accounts, and prospective customers.
Channel experience. Good understanding of monthly recurring revenue business. Solid track record of over quota performance. Competent in Salesforce. Competent in Microsoft office.
5-10 Years selling to MSPs (preferred) or reseller accounts. 5-10 years selling Cyber Security software. Deep relationships in key/large resellers/MSPs in region.
